VIAJE A ESPAÑA 3- MADRID Y SU CULTURA

MADRID Y SU CULTURA

Aquí vas a descubrir aspectos de Madrid y su cultura, pero ante te cuento que la llegada a Madrid fue un poco caótica, porque un ladrón robó una mochila a uno de los estudiantes. Por suerte y tras una larga aventura pudimos recuperarla y muchas cosas de las que estaban dentro. Una aventura más del viaje. Es una historia larga, para contarla con una copa de vino o dos 😝, ¿verdad Saleem y Kim?.

Los días que pasamos en Madrid, pudimos vivir el ambiente de San Isidro, Patrón de Madrid. La ciudad estaba llena de gente, turistas, chulapos, chulapas (personas vestidas con los trajes típicos de San Isidro), actividades y conciertos.

MADRID DE LOS AUSTRIAS Y MUSEO DEL PRADO

Al día siguiente, Mari Luz de “Madrid Travel Private Tours” nos recogió en nuestro hotel. Caminamos y descubrimos el Madrid de los Austrias. Este Madrid fue fruto del desarrollo urbanístico, desde principios del siglo XVI hasta el inicio del siglo XVIII, bajo el reinado de la dinastía de los Austrias.

En este tour paseamos por calles con grandes palacios, casa nobiliarias y bonitas plazas; como la Plaza Mayor, el Palacio de Santa Cruz, la Iglesia de San Nicolás de Bari, la Plaza de la Vila y la enorme Plaza de Oriente y el Palacio Real. También descubrimos el Mercado de San Miguel, lleno de colores, sabores y olores.

Ese mismo día, visitamos el museo del Prado, uno de los museos de arte más importantes del mundo. En este museo pudimos ver y disfrutar de obras famosas e importantes como: Las Meninas de Diego Velázquez, los Fusilamientos de Francisco de Goya, el Jardín de las Delicia de El Bosco, las 3 Gracias de Rubens, la Anunciación de Fra Angelico, entre otras grandes obras.

Por la noche un grupo fuimos a la Plaza Mayor para ver un concierto de la cantante Estrella Morente y la Sinfónica de Madrid y así, vivir un poco el ambiente de festividad de la capital de España esos días.

MADRID DE LOS BORBONES

Nuestro segundo día en Madrid era el día de fiesta de San Isidro y ese día sí que pudimos ver a mucha gente, de todas las edades, vestida de chulapos y chulapas. Antes de disfrutar de San Isidro, hicimos una visita con otra guía local, Jacqueline de “Madrid Travel Private Tours”. En este tour, la guía nos descubrió el Madrid de los Borbones.

Desde la Puerta del Sol, caminamos por el barrio de las letras, con citas literarias escritas en el suelo y aprendimos historia sobre escritores y escritoras. Después, caminamos por el Paseo del Prado, donde se encuentran los 3 museos de arte más importantes de Madrid: Museo del Prado, Museo Reina Sofía y Museo Thyssen.

Tras este agradable paseo, por uno de los Patrimonios de la Humanidad de la Unesco, llegamos a la Puerta de Alcalá y disfrutamos del bonito y verde Parque del Retiro.

No todo fue historia, así que tras nuestro último tour en Madrid, aprendimos cultura y tomamos un vermú de bodega en una terraza en la Plaza Santa Ana, en el barrio de las letras. ¡Brindis por todo el grupo y por este viaje!

Algunas personas del grupo visitaron otros museos, el Palacio Real, etc. en la tarde libre.

Por la noche, nuestra última noche juntos, había que irse de fiesta y disfrutar de San Isidro. Una parte del grupo nos fuimos a la pradera de San Isidro y, ¿puedes imaginar el ambiente que había allí?. Sí, sí, había mucha gente, mucha música y muchas ganas de fiesta. Para terminar nuestro último día en Madrid, qué mejor manera de decir adiós que con un espectáculo de fuegos artificiales. ¡Adiós Madrid!
