Receta de tortilla de patatas – Imperativo afirmativo

¡Hola a tod@s! En esta entrada vamos a aprender a cocinar un plato muy popular en España, fácil de hacer y muy rico.

Para hacer esta receta vamos a utilizar el imperativo afirmativo, así como también vamos a aprender vocabulario relacionado con la receta

Ingredientes:

  • 3 patatas grandes
  • 1 cebolla (opcional) A mí me gusta más con cebolla 😉
  • 5 huevos
  • Sal
  • Aceite de oliva (para freír las patatas)

 

Preparación

  • Pela y corta en rodajas finas las patatas
  • Pela la cebolla y córtala fina
  • En una sartén, calienta el aceite de oliva a fuego medio. Nota: no es necesario cubrir del todo las patatas
  • Con el aceite suficientemente caliente, pero no demasiado fuerte, echa y sofríe las patatas en la sartén durante unos 5 minutos
  • Después, echa y sofríe la cebolla picada junto con las patatas, unos 15-20 minutos.
  • Machaca las patatas un poco mientras las sofríes (esto es opcional)
  • Una vez las patatas y la cebolla estén bien sofritas y blanditas, escurre el aceite de las patatas y la cebolla con ayuda de una espátula y echa todo en un cuenco.
  • En otro cuenco vacío, bate los cinco huevos y añade la sal, al gusto
  • Después, echa los huevos batidos en el cuenco de las patatas y la cebolla y mezcla todo bien
  • En una sartén con un poquito de aceite caliente, echa la mezcla anterior y espera unos 5 minutos
  • Después, pon un plato grande encima de la sartén y da la vuelta a la sartén. La tortilla se queda ahora en el plato
  • Echa de nuevo la tortilla desde el plato a la sartén y cocínala unos 5 minutos más por el otro lado

Prepara algo para beber, un buen trozo de pan y a comer. Ñan, ñan 😉

IMPERATIVO

En la receta de la tortilla de patatas puedes ver diferentes verbos en negrita conjugados en imperativo afirmativo.

Usamos el imperativo para hablar sobre órdenes (dar instrucciones, ofrecer algo, conceder permiso e invitar) y consejos.

No podemos decir que el imperativo es un tiempo verbal como tal, porque solo se conjuga para cuatro sujetos (tú, usted, vosotros y ustedes). Podemos decir que “roba” algunas formas del presente de indicativo y de subjuntivo.

Formación:

: Es la 3ª persona del singular del presente de indicativo: canta, come, vive, etc.

Nota: Atención con los verbos irregulares para el sujeto tú: Poner -> Pon, Tener -> Ten, Hacer -> Haz, etc.

Usted: Es la 3ª persona del singular del presente de subjuntivo: cante, coma, viva, etc.

Vosotros: Es el verbo en infinitivo, pero sin la “R” y con una «D» al final:  cantad, comed, vivid, etc.

Nota: Atención con los verbos reflexivos, se elimina la “R” y se añade “-os”: duchaos, lavaos, bañaos, etc.

Ustedes: Es la 3ª persona del plural del presente de subjuntivo: canten, coman, vivan etc.
